How MAF works
You send us your application. List all the roles and the tasks you could do and why you think you are suitable. We will then send you the membership agreement, you pay your fees and you become a member. You’ll always receive the latest news about the next film project and you’ll be asked for your availability and you’ll be then notified regarding your role/task within the project. It may be a small role/task, as an extra or a runner, or a greater role, as a director or member of the production team or lead actor, but in any case you’ll be credited for it. You’ll be selected by the production team based on your experience and abilities you mention in your application, so be sure you provide all relevant information. If you wish to give additional money, you’ll be credited as a producer, as well.
In case the film will be distributed and makes a revenue you can decide, if you want to be paid your share or if you wish that the money is being included into the budget of the next movie. This way there is also a chance for you to make some money in case the film becomes a huge success, or even a cult classic ;-)
Production language will be English. There may be parts of the dialogue in other languages, but primary language will be English and on set English is spoken.
